Job Description:
- Position reports to General Manager
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing the sales
- Hunt for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meeting, and indirect methods such as networking
- Keep detailed notes on prospects and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)
- Create and manage a large pipeline of prospects/clients, and hunting for new business opportunities
- Draft and deliver proposals and draft reports on sales activity.
- Manage and maintain a database of prospective clients for partnerships
- Maintain existing partner accounts and relationships
- Provide feedback to General Manager on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- Must have a proven record of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Able to quickly understand company’s sales cycle and implement a sales strategy
- Must also have an excellent track record and strong recommendations from his/her previous jobs
Professional and Personal Skills
- Strong business acumen along with a quick mind
- Ability to command attention and gain trust to build relations and get business in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business deals.
- Tactful and smart to handle objections and present solutions and options to close sales
- Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients
- Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcome out of a sales interaction
