Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Engineer - BMS to oversee and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BMS technologies, including HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management systems, as well as a solid understanding of relevant software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and monitor systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) for system monitoring and maintenance.
• Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address system requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and energy efficiency improvements.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• In-depth knowledge of BMS technologies, including HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management systems.
• Proficiency in CMMS, BAS, and other related software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
