Key Account Manager - Commercial Vehicle

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Understand customers' needs, goals, and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective and seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope and reach of our products and services.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify threats and opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate and demonstrate their benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with key customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, working closely with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed, building strong in-person relationships and conducting business meetings and presentations.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Valid QID and Driving License in Qatar
