We are looking for a Market Investigator to join our IP team in Qatar. This role involves conducting research and investigations to protect our clients' intellectual property rights and identify market activities related to brand protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential IP infringements, counterfeiting, and unauthorized product distributions.
- Monitor the Qatari market for IP violations and gather data on infringing activities.
- Document findings and collaborate with the team to develop enforcement strategies.
Requirements:
- Must be located in Qatar
- Familiarity with intellectual property issues
- Familiarity with the Qatari market
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and research skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Experience:
- 1-2 years in market investigation or related field preferred.
