Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Sales Representative - Odoo at InDegree. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Odoo Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, with a preference for those who have sold Odoo ERP solutions. The role will involve tasks such as software sales, lead generation, communication with clients, account management, and overall sales responsibilities. While the role is primarily located in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and identify business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Engage with potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up to date with Odoo product offerings and industry trends to better serve customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery after sales closure.
- Understand business software systems functionalities and customer requirements.
- Proactive in selling latest cloud technology products and applying knowledge to various business development
- Qualify and Drive. Talk with prospects, discern a fit, and advance steps to a close.
- Enjoy selling a software solution with a clear value proposition and strong ROI.
- Build Funnel. Work as single & as team to target prospects, develop the prospects that are a fit, work the deal to close.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales (as a sales rep, business development rep (BDR) or inside sales rep at a technology/software company.) Should have experience in both inside and outside sales cycles and proven experience in software sales, with a strong preference for experience in Odoo ERP sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and strategic in your approach
- A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM, ERP, POS & HR Systems
- Bachelors / Master’s degree
- Excellent and professional in written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated sales ability.
- Excellent written, verbal, webinar and presentation skills. Experience selling software in a web-based demo approach is essential.
- Have experience with an industry leading CRM/ERP/POS/HRMS system.
