Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate (Entry-Level) at Lals Group in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Additionally, the Sales Associate will contribute to achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the brand image.
Qualifications
- Customer service, Sales, and Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Prior retail experience is beneficial but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
