  • File open positions in the organization as assigned and source suitable candidates through relevant recruitment channels, ensuring compliance with company regulations and position requirements.
  • Ensure all assigned vacancies are filled within the stipulated time frame, focusing on turnaround time (TAT).
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site interviews for candidates, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation through various technical tests to identify the best candidates based on their performance.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment database system in Excel, including all reports and details required by the Department Head.
  • Communicate with agencies and candidates regarding document processing and recruitment status as needed.
  • Secure pertinent employment requirements from successful candidates and coordinate with candidates/agencies to expedite the deployment process.
  • Coordinate with Administration/PRO regarding the visa processing of selected candidates, verifying accuracy in visa contents before dispatching them to concerned agencies or candidates.
  • Notify the Department Head regarding newly hired employees' joining dates, airport pick-ups, and transportation arrangements to work, ensuring a successful onboarding experience.
  • Follow up on new arrivals and update records, facilitating new employee requirements in a consolidated tracker.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.

  • Ability to conduct interviews in a clear and concise manner.
  • Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
  • Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
  • Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
  • Relevant local experience in recruitment is a must.
  • Ability to assist in sourcing and processing candidates.
