We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with a minimum of 2 years in agency settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and paid media, coupled with extensive client servicing experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic is mandatory) is essential, with a specific focus on understanding and catering to the Qatar market within the GCC.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital and paid media campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign progress and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in managing digital and paid media campaigns.
- Strong client servicing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Deep understanding of the GCC market, with a specific focus on the Qatar market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
