Responsibilities
Ø Monitoring and failure rectification of IT & PKI Infrastructure meant for SCADA & Telecom Systems like OS (Windows & Linux) servers etc.
Ø Able to monitor and manage failure rectification of workstations, VMWare, Load Balancer, Tape Library, Veeam Backup, SAN Array and McAfee ePO etc.
Ø Analyze and troubleshooting of system in case of failure systems & OS upgrades, patching, system backup and restoration.
Ø Manage PM / CM and incident response activities & liaise with interface parties for the failure rectification and submit relevant reports.
Ø Ability to prioritize and manage service, safety and KPR impacting failures. Supervise staff members to provide technical guidance .
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or IT with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant IT experience preferably in Metro rail industry.
Ø Excellent knowledge in OS (Windows & Linux), repo server, EPO, VMWare, VEEAM, SAN array, ansible & McAfee
Ø Administrate & manage IT / PKI Infrastructure (Vcenter, Load Balancer, EXSi, Quantum Dxi NAS & Tape Library)
Ø Good knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI Infrastructure, DMZ proxy and WSUS server.
Ø Conversant in networking concepts such as IT tools, Wireshark, Packet Scanner, Winscp, Power Shell and Script.
Ø Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Team Player, English proficient, positive attitude, and willing work in rotational shifts.
