Eram Talent, a premier Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is actively seeking a Construction Specialist to join our esteemed team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to construction teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental policies
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guarantee compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to formulate comprehensive project plans and timelines
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of project tasks
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and building codes
- Implement best practices to enhance construction processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mega-Project Project within GCC in Project Controls environment
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and regulations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans and technical documents
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- PMP certification is a plus
