Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Member at AdelHamdi. The Member will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing personalized recommendations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. They will also assist in creating content, managing virtual events, and contributing to social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in content creation and social media engagement
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and wellness practices is a plus
- Previous experience in e-commerce or related field
