Position Overview:
We are seeking a certified HRIS Team Lead with a professional certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of SAP experience, with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and integration with other SF modules and third-party tools. The role requires strong expertise in Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits, along with experience in at least 4 end-to-end implementations of SF EC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRIS function, specializing in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), with a focus on Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of SF EC, with integration into SAP S4HANA landscapes.
- Handle inbound and outbound integrations between SF modules and 3rd party systems.
- Utilize expertise in RBP (Role-Based Permissions) to ensure appropriate user access and security.
- Support and enhance business processes related to Core HR and integration with SAP systems.
- Provide functional support in modules such as RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, and SPCD.
- Lead initiatives to review and improve processes, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to solve complex problems and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience with a focus on SF EC, including 4+ end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits processes.
- Expertise in RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
- Experience with RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM modules is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams.
