Digital Marketing Officer

Main Job function : Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate leads. Leveraging various digital channels, analytics, and tools to optimize online presence and achieve business objectives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

»  Conduct market research and analyzing marketing surveys.

»  Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

»  Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)

»  Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

»  Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

»  Managing CRM software and data.

»  Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

»  Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

»  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

»  Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

»  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

»  Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

»  Collaborate with agencies and other partners.

»  Handle all Aggregator's activities and Dashboards.

»   Address all communications on a day-to-day basis and carryout all internal and external written communication to your immediate superior as per guidelines.

»   Strictly maintain confidentiality of the company business matters and dealings that you will come across during your work tenure with the organization.

»   Support the development and implementation of Marketing initiatives and systems.

»   Ensure compliance with the company policies and standard operating procedures at all business operations.

»   Perform and carry-out all other duties and responsibilities assigned by your Immediate Reporting Manager in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable law of Qatar.


Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing , or a related field

Experience: Proven experience as an Marketing Officer, specifically from reputed hospitality or F&B company in Qatar

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
