About the role
We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity to join the Qatar Airways Talent Acquisition sourcing team. Our objective is to ensure the optimal utilization of human resources by sourcing the most talented candidates from diverse countries across the globe.
Within this position, you will be responsible for utilizing multiple sourcing platforms, creating talent pipelines, interviewing and prescreening candidates, preparing data, and attending recruitment events locally and internationally. You will also be responsible for overseeing requisitions within the ATS, as well as collaborating with universities and external vendors.
Other operational duties would include:
- Managing the recruitment campaigns from the end of advertising the event to the selection process.
- Assist the Line Manager in the recruitment process by streamlining the recruitment procedures.
- Execute recruitment strategies to undertake selection campaigns overseas and locally to attract suitably qualified and experienced candidates. To represent Qatar Airways to the external market with the employer brand positioning.
- Responsible for recruiting the most suitable candidates in accordance with approved manpower budgets to ensure adequate manning of all departments. Ensure screening of applications to shortlist candidates for the selection process.
- Responsible for developing appropriate interview and joining arrangements
- Develop and implement market mapping strategies, and become a subject expert within your field.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Experience in Human Resources (Recruitment) in large multinational environment preferably in an airline industry.
- Command of English language.
- Teamwork and Relationship Building
