Job Description
THE ROLE WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT BY GREETING VISITORS OF THE COMPANY SHOWROOM, MAKING CUSTOMERS FEEL WELCOME, HELP IDENTIFY CLIENT NEEDS, PRESENT AND ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
DUTIES
MEET AND GREET CLIENTS IN THE SHOWROOM, UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS, MAKE PRESENTATIONS AND ADVISE THEM ON PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS SUITING THEIR NEEDS.
ACTIVELY ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES, EFFECTIVELY PROMOTING THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
ANSWER CUSTOMERS’ QUESTIONS ABOUT SPECIFIC PRODUCTS/SERVICES
MAKE "COLD CALLS" AS REQUIRED BY MARKETING/SALES MANAGER AND/OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
IDENTIFY AND QUALIFY LEADS AND FOLLOW UP ON INBOUND INQUIRIES.
IDENTIFY NEW LEADS AND MANAGE LEAD FOLLOW-UP, RECORDKEEPING AND INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION.
PARTICIPATE AND ATTEND INDUSTRY TRADE AND CONVENTION SHOWS WHEN REQUESTED.
RESOLVE EFFICIENTLY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS WITH CLIENTS AND COORDINATE INTERNALLY FOR THE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS.
ENSURE ALL DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO THE CLIENTS IS RECORDED AND FILED CORRECTLY;
PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS TO BE DISCUSSED WITH THE MANAGEMENT, AND PARTICIPATE TO INTERNAL SALES AND MANAGEMENT MEETINGS
ASSIST OTHER MARKETING PERSONNEL IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE PROMOTIONAL LITERATURE
