Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of accounting and core-banking solutions at the highest standard. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Accounting And Core-Banking Expertise

Leverage extensive knowledge of accounting and core-banking systems to guide implementation processes.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand specific client requirements.

Client Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions effectively.

Quality Assurance

Implement and adhere to best practices for project management and implementation.

Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Accounting and Core-Banking systems.

Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project implementations.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and core-banking functionalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
