Job Description
Role purpose:
Work in Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar do telesales and retentions activities such as migration of prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan and selling new Vodafone products which includes but not limited to GigaHome, New postpaid, New MBB connections.
The role is responsible to handle disconnection requests from postpaid customers and trying to retain them by resolving their issues and / or providing customers with relevant retention offers
The role is also responsible for handling multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound/outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets and customer complaints/escalations. The role is an integral part of the COPS department.

- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Qualifications
Must have Educational technical / professional qualifications: [max 3]:
- High school diploma
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Ability to use a CRM
