Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Metra in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, collaborate with the marketing team, and participate in industry events and conferences.


  •  Responds to client needs in a timely, professional, helpful, and courteous manner, regardless of client attitude
  •  Work to achieve sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.
  •  Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales.
  •  Maintain good client business relationship
  •  Addressing customer service issues as raised by the partners
  • Prepare competitive sales proposals
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions and close deals with clients in a timely manner and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
  • Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports.
  •  Monthly reporting on sales KPIs with the channel / retail partners. 
  • Experience : 1-4 years as sales in IT Industry
  • University Degree
