Job Description:

IRIS Technology is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR). This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and maintaining our reputation as innovators and industry leaders. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for technology and sales. As an ISR at IRIS Technology, you will be at the forefront of the tech industry, providing integral solutions to our diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs to provide tailored solutions in cyber security, networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies that increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of IRIS Technology’s products and services to effectively articulate benefits and features to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and provide insights to the team.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide potential clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively selling IRIS Technology solutions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from clients to enhance IRIS services and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role
  • Industry Background: Experience in the system integration field is highly desirable.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
  • Preferable Experience in cyber security, networking, infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology Proficiency: Ability to grasp technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience.
  • Personal Traits: Energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
