OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure this department's continuous growth and generation of revenue by making the sales plan in line with the department, principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner. He/she individually contributes at an expert level to meet set short to medium term objectives. He will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals in both private and government hospitals, focusing on building strong relationships and exceeding sales target.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solves Tier 1 escalated problems within prescribed guidelines ensuring complete customer/ supplier satisfaction and contributing towards developing customer loyalty and principal retention.
- Interface with Finance & logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries of products and collections of payments from customers and goods ordering and payments to suppliers
- Monitors internal stock level to maintain proper supply chain.
- Prepare yearly forecasts & budgets and draw up weekly/monthly action plans to achieve the same.
- Work closely with all departments, especially the project team to ensure timely execution of projects
- Prepares technical & commercial proposals & offers
- Promotes companies' products to customers on daily basis and attends to their concerns & issues.
- Ensures proper transfer of information from clients to suppliers and vice versa.
- Updates clients of latest product releases and other developments.
- Develops good relationships with Logistics team & management of suppliers
- Conducts competitive quality analysis on products being promoted.
- Identifies needs and improvement opportunity and provides information to Managers in order to facilitate change or improvement.
- Provides recommendations for product promotions, special offers & projects.
- Responsible for planning and maintaining inventory of the department.
- Responsible for proper expiry management of products.
- Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries and installation of related products at Customer site.
- Follow up tough collection accounts.
- Assists Project Team in executing related projects.
- Provides Finance Team with all assistance to ensure proper collection of receivables and transfer of payables.
- Assist Engineering Team with installations & maintenance of equipment's.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with regards to products and support.
- Watch up the deadline of each order and make sure to strict this deadline.
Skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in Science, or any health care related with openness towards candidates from different background but with valuable and relevant experience.
- Preferable experience in disinfection, sterilization/CSSD technologies in hospitals.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.
- Significant experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferable experience in Qatar Market
- Language and proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
- Driving: Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
