Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Service Sales Manager to join a dynamic team within the FMCG (Distribution) industry in Qatar.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for the company's portfolio of consumer products. This position requires a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for your designated territory.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for your team's professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers within your assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Prepare insightful sales reports and presentations to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Field Sales Management role within the FMCG (Distribution) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG sales strategies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience selling and distributing FMCG products in the Middle East market.
- Fluency in English, Arabic will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution channels.
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
