We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Planning Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and threats, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven assessments, and working closely with senior leadership to drive the organization’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data driven assessments.
  • Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance management programs to drive organizational performance.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of best practices in the field of performance indicators.
  • Prepare and develop strategic plans and enhance institutional performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and improve the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Apply strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with comprehensive business objectives for all sectors.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report progress on strategic plans and make enhancement as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives.
  • Develop plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation of strategies.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on trends: regularly in charitable sector and implement strategic planning: align goals, engage stakeholders, and adapt strategies.
  • Provide innovative methods to enhance the organization’s strategic capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members involved in strategic projects.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the field of competence.



Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience (12 years) in strategic planning, with a successful track record of implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in using the balanced scorecard system.
  • Ability in using objectives and key results systems (OKR)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Full knowledge of data analysis and performance management programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in performance indicators.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and institutional performance development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop remediation plans.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
