Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Developer Java/J2EE in Doha, Qatar. The Developer will be responsible to -

-- Design and develop software applications: Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java/J2EE technologies, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Write clean, efficient code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain, and follows development processes and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA testers, to ensure that applications are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical requirements.
- Use Java/J2EE framework and other technologies: Use Java/J2EE framework and other related technologies to develop applications, including Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JDBC, and Eclipse.
- Test and debug applications: Test and debug applications to ensure they function properly and are free of errors, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Optimize application performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring that applications are scalable, responsive, and fast.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and apply them to the development of software applications as appropriate.
- Ensure application security: Ensure that applications are secure, and follow security best practices such as using encryption, securing data, and preventing unauthorized access. - Document code and applications: Document code and applications, including writing technical documentation, user manuals, and other supporting materials as required.
- Collaborate with other developers: Collaborate with other developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the overall quality of the code and applications.
- Participate in code reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Experience: 4+ years

Language: Arabic and English
