Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha - Al Sadd in Qatar. The Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication with guests. They will also need to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and maintain proper phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reservations: Experience managing bookings and reservations
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional service to guests
• Phone Etiquette: Professional phone manner and etiquette
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial
