Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and fluency in English along with one of the following languages: Turkish, Russian, German, Italian, or Spanish. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the corporate travel and events sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business clients and expand market share.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, including multinational companies and business organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs within assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present and promote Experience Qatar's services and solutions to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: Turkish, Russian, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
