Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Engineering:

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs, including heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions, based on project specifications and requirements.
• Create and review HVAC system schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

1. Project Management:

• Manage HVAC projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

1. System Installation & Commissioning:

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Perform system commissioning, including testing and calibration to verify proper operation.

1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues, including mechanical failures, electrical problems, and control system malfunctions.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements.

1. Energy Efficiency:

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures and technologies.

1. Technical Support & Documentation:

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, contractors, and team members.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and maintenance records.

1. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical recommendations and solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction with HVAC system performance and services.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Research and implement new HVAC technologies and practices to improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in extensive HVAC design, installation, operations & maintenance

Experience:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in HVAC engineering or a similar role.
