Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Fulfillment:
  • Receive and review orders or requisitions for parts and materials.
  • Locate and pick parts from inventory according to order specifications.
  • Verify parts and quantities to ensure accuracy before packaging.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory of parts and materials.
  • Replenish stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory levels to management.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory audits.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Inspect parts for damage or defects before picking and packaging.
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and are correctly labeled.
  1. Packaging & Shipping:
  • Package parts securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare shipping documents and labels as required.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  1. Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of parts picked, shipped, and received.
  • Update inventory management systems with order and stock information.
  1. Safety & Compliance:
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling parts and operating equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to parts handling and storage.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Assist internal teams and customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and status.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to support customer satisfaction.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency in parts picking and inventory management.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on best practices and new technologies.


Skills
