We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotel/hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis to support the overall financial health and strategic goals of the organization. Your expertise in financial management will be critical in driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the hotel's business objectives. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports. Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Generate and review accurate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications is preferred.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
