Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Admin Executive/Transport Coordinator to provide personalized administrative support to the executive team. This role involves working closely with the Government Relations team to handle various government transactions using E-Gov systems. The position requires effective communication with public and private agencies on diverse matters for the SHM and sister companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all visa applications from start to finish.
- Follow up on new model registrations with the Traffic Department.
- Handle staff salary certificates for visit/RP visas and necessary advocacy.
- Manage documentation for the renewal of staff RPs, change of profession, and employer changes.
- Apply for police clearance certificates.
- Assist with staff requests at the Immigration Department, including RP renewals and cancellations.
- Draft correspondences to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) as needed.
- Manage applications for promotional and sales campaign compliance.
- Handle recall campaign portals using the E-Gov system.
- Maintain good relations with key officials at CPD.
- Manage the work injuries portal and related documentation.
- Handle portal and secure certificates of origin for shipments.
- Manage WOQODe fuel portal, monitor fleet fuel consumption, and update customer details.
- Process classification certificates at the Ministry of Finance and Government Procurements Administration.
- Prepare documentation for municipality permits and ACG engineers' enrollment/renewals.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as salary certificates, correspondences with different authorities, and translation of documents between Arabic and English.
