Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for our organization. A background in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous for this role.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Assess training needs within the organization and create appropriate training materials
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Collaborate with departments to ensure training meets organizational goals and objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
