Position Overview:

The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional front-line service to all visitors and students. This role involves greeting and meeting individuals, understanding their needs, and providing updated information. The Receptionist will also handle phone inquiries, transfer calls, and ensure effective communication within the assigned department. Adherence to the college's rules and code of conduct is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet visitors and students, identifying their needs and providing updated information properly.

• Update the assigned department and coordinate with reviewers, offering guidance as needed.

• Attend phone calls, answer inquiries, or transfer calls to the appropriate departments.

• Adhere to the Community College's rules and code of conduct while on the premises.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.

• Excellent communication in Arabic and English is MUST.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to maintain a professional demean or and uphold the college's standards and policies.


Working Conditions:

• Standard office environment within the Community College premises.

• Interaction with a diverse group of visitors, students, and staff.

• Morning and afternoon shifts are applicable.



Skills

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
  • Possessing a remarkable command of basic administrative tasks, thereby improving overall productivity.
  • Experienced professional with a proven record of managing administrative activities and improving company productivity.
  • An enthusiastic professional with an ability to perform multiple tasks after analyzing various company parameters.
  • Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and appearance.
