Job Summary

Support good governance at Commercial Bank Management-level by tracking Board Policies and Delegations of Authority, tracking governance related reporting and disclosures and by coordinating with Commercial Bank’s Management Committees. Act as Committee secretary when required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Track Board level Policies and manage the approval process.
  • Track Board Delegations of Authority (DOAs) and manage the approval process.
  • Management Committee coordination
  • Maintain and update the repository/booklet of Management Committee documentation including Committee objective, TOR, Meeting frequency, Membership, standard agenda plus the operational items as minutes of meeting, attendance sheets and presentation packs.
  • Track key Management Committee data regarding dates and numbers of meetings and attendance.
  • Assist the Management Governance Committee regarding an annual self-assessment exercise for all the Management Committees which includes the changes of guidelines and effectiveness
  • Support consistency of Management Committee meeting by distributing template meeting documentation such as minutes of meeting.
