We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Pastry and Bakery team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation and creation of a wide range of pastries, bread, and desserts. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are accurately measured and prepared.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Help with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Support the Pastry Chef/Head Baker with daily tasks and special projects.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge.
