- Data entry like Issuing invoices, packing lists, sales offers, etc..
- Coordination with the sales teams and other departments.
- Customer Service.
- Key in the orders into the system.
- Providing invoices to the shipping department to prepare Certificates of Origin.
- Create the Packing List.
- Providing the clients with original documents.
- Coordinate orders with LC payment terms.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS or IT
Experience 0-3 years,
Ability to work in an international working environment.
Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
Proactive, self-confident, and open-minded personality.
Very Good English knowledge.
