RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing and configuring employees’ computer systems.
• Responding to employees’ IT support requests.
• Diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the employees & departments.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Compiling job report
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
• Ensuring all issues are properly logged.  
• Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time – whenever applicable
• Collaborate with users to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Support the data migration process from a functional point of view
• Conduct internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create training material for each system process and ensure users follow the same.
• Document project requirements, solutions, and configurations
• Stay current with Epicor product updates and new features.
• Conduct system testing and assist with data migration activities.
• Work closely with process owners to understand their business requirements, configure the Epicor system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Customize and configure Epicor ERP modules to meet the company needs.
• Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years full end to end project lifecycle implementation experience.
