Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons and activities.
• Provide individual support to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
• Monitor and report on students' progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational materials and resources.
• Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and continuous professional development sessions.

Skills

Requirements:

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree with a strong academic record.
• Passion for education and desire to contribute positively to the educational sector in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively under the guidance of a lead teacher.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not required.
