As a 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with design and architectural teams to ensure that proposed project designs are reproduced accurately, realistically, and effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project brief is strictly followed and all rendering work is completed on schedule. 3D Modeling & Visualization Production • Actively work on all design stages, personally prepare, review, and monitor the creation of high-quality static visualizations, 3D renders, walkthroughs, animations, and CGI (Computer Generated Imagery). • Translate architectural and interior design concepts into photorealistic visual representations across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. • Apply advanced understanding of lights, shadows, color theory, materials, and textures to bring spaces to life. • Ensure all visual outputs align with the project brief, brand identity, and design intent. Design Coordination & Collaboration • Collaborate closely with architectural and design teams to plan, understand, and visualize construction and fit-out projects. • Review drawings, floor plans, and material boards to ensure absolute accuracy in spatial proportions and finish details. • Work with designers and project teams to propose visual enhancements and ensure design consistency across all mediums. Presentation & Client Interaction • Present and explain 3D visuals, renders, and animations confidently to colleagues, leadership, and clients. • Assist with planning decisions by providing clear visual simulations that support client understanding and decision-making. • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback into visual iterations while preserving core artistic and design standards. Technical Management & Innovation • Utilize industry-standard design tools, 3D modeling, and rendering software efficiently (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop). • Keep up to date with relevant software advances, rendering techniques, and industry trends. • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, texture databases, and project archive files.

The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for lighting, texturing, and spatial composition, with international exposure preferred. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer within architectural, interior design, or fit-out environments. • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-end architectural rendering, lighting mastery, and spatial storytelling. • Strong project exposure across commercial, retail, and hospitality interiors. • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic speaking is a strong plus. Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering packages (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape). • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production and digital retouching. • Deep technical knowledge of lighting, shadows, color grading, shaders, and texturing. • Ability to interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings with precision.
