Position: Total Rewards Specialist????Location: Qatar
Job Summary: The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Administer compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis. Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Manage employee benefits enrollment and vendor coordination. Prepare reward-related reports, analytics, and recommendations. Assist in developing and implementing total rewards strategies. Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Knowledge of salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:GCC experience.
