Responsibilities
• Manage full recruitment cycle• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS• Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field• 8–10 years of recruitment experience• Strong sourcing and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment• Arabic and English are Mandatory
