Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across core SCM modules and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementations. Key SCM Modules Purchasing Inventoryi Procurement Services Procurement Order Managementi Sourcingi Supplier, Procurement and Contracts Warehouse Management system Mobile Supplier Chain Application Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Management processes. Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing, Inventory, i Procurement, Services Procurement, Order Management, i Sourcing, i Supplier, Procurement and Contracts, Warehouse Management System, and Mobile Supply Chain Application. Map business processes to Oracle SCM functionality and identify gaps, proposing suitable solutions or workarounds. Lead and support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects for Oracle SCM modules. Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT, and UAT sessions with business stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams on RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of SCM-related tickets. Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals/SOPs. Stay updated with Oracle SCM Cloud/E-Business Suite updates, patches, and best practices. Required Skills Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Purchasing, Inventory, i Procurement, Services Procurement, Order Management, i Sourcing, i Supplier, Procurement and Contracts, Warehouse Management System, and Mobile Supply Chain Application. Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations. Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles. Experience in writing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant. Oracle SCM Cloud certification is an added advantage. Prior experience working with clients in a consulting or implementation partner environment is preferred.
