As Executive Chef, you will shape the culinary identity of one of Doha's most exciting hospitality destinations, bringing creativity, passion, and excellence to every outlet.
WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and inspire a diverse culinary brigade across multiple outlets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency Drive creativity and culinary excellence across all restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining Develop and innovate menus that reflect current food trends while staying true to the property's culinary identity Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times Manage food costs, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets effectively Mentor, coach, and develop the next generation of culinary talent within the team Collaborate closely with F&B leadership to deliver memorable, cohesive guest dining experiences
