Job Title: International Human Resources Manager Location: Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an International HR Specialist to support global HR operations and ensure smooth coordination across international employees and processes.
Responsibilities
• Manage international HR processes including onboarding and mobility support• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across regions• Ensure compliance with international HR policies and procedures• Support employee relations for international staff• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation• Assist in HR reporting and workforce data management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field• At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in international environments• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle• Excellent communication and coordination skills• Arabic and English are required
