Key Responsibilities• Lead the development and evolution of Enterprise Application Architecture.• Translate business needs into enterprise technology and solution architecture requirements.• Develop and drive technology strategies aligned with business objectives.• Analyze existing IT environments and identify opportunities for improvement.• Lead technology innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.• Develop business capability and technology roadmaps.• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance.• Oversee architecture implementation, technology selection, and standardization.• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, business, and IT teams.• Assess technology investments, risks, organizational impact, and cost opportunities.• Communicate architecture strategy, value, outcomes, and recommendations to business and IT leadership.• Lead and mentor teams while facilitating consensus and effective decision-making.???? Required Skills & Experience• 15+ years of IT experience across at least two IT disciplines.• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis and/or business strategic planning.• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and Enterprise Architecture principles.• Experience with business and technology capability mapping.• Strong understanding of technical, application, infrastructure, and network architecture.• Knowledge of service-oriented analysis and design.• Strong analytical, strategic, and technical skills.• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.• Experience in vendor and customer/client management.• Strong planning and organizational skills.????
