Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry. Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and execution.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
