RITS Qatar is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment and HR operations, specifically for construction projects and manpower requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong GCC experience and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and project manpower requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, and HR records
- Support HR consultancy and manpower supply operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Nationality: Philippine National Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in HR / recruitment
- Proven experience in construction manpower hiring / HR consultancy
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to join immediately
