Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Cloud Advisory team in Qatar, supporting the Digital Factory program—one of the country’s most ambitious digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help large organizations define their cloud journey in practice, advising senior government and enterprise leaders on cloud strategy, sovereign and hybrid platform decisions, migration sequencing, and the capabilities required to sustain delivery over time.

This is a client-facing, commercially aware role. You will lead advisory engagements, develop relationships, support business development, and grow your team.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead cloud strategy and advisory engagements from discovery and current-state assessment through to an executable, prioritized roadmap.
Advise on platform decisions across public, sovereign, and hybrid cloud models, grounded in business reality, data-residency requirements, and Qatar’s national digital agenda.
Shape the Digital Factory operating model, including platform teams, automation, process orchestration (BPM/workflow), and integration services to deliver at pace.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and technology leadership.
Drive business development through proposals, client presentations/orals, and relationship building that supports long-term partnerships.
Ensure delivery quality, team growth, and wellbeing—owning people outcomes as well as results.
Apply best value from Accenture’s global cloud alliances (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP).
Own engagement financials and provide transparent updates to senior stakeholders.
12+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology advisory, with a significant portion in cloud strategy and/or transformation.
Proven experience leading advisory engagements (not only contributing).
Strong practical knowledge of cloud adoption, including governance, Fin Ops, security, migration patterns, and organizational change/adoption.
Familiarity with sovereign cloud constraints and government data-residency requirements (preferred).
Experience with process automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda or similar BPM/workflow engines), as well as API management and event streaming, and how these support a digital factory model.
Experience in the GCC region is a strong advantage; Qatar or broader Gulf government experience is preferred.
Ability to operate at the executive level and simplify complex technical topics for senior audiences.
English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus, particularly for senior government stakeholders.
Relevant cloud certifications are a plus; delivery outcomes are more important.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA is a plus.
Willingness to be based in Doha and work on client site; eligibility to support Qatar government programs.
