Role Description The Scaffolding Trainer will be responsible for:• Delivering structured and practical scaffolding training sessions aligned with industry standards.• Conducting training on scaffolding safety, inspection, erection practices, and competency requirements.• Sharing real-world industry knowledge and best practices with learners.• Supporting the development of participants’ technical skills and safety awareness.• Ensuring effective knowledge transfer through engaging presentations and practical demonstrations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant scaffolding experience, preferably within the Middle East/GCC region.• Strong practical experience in scaffolding inspection, erection, safety, and related practices.• Previous experience in delivering scaffolding-related training is preferred.
Certifications• Valid Scaffolding Inspector Certificate from a recognized/approved body.• Valid Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is required.• Additional scaffolding, HSE, or inspection-related certifications will be an advantage.
Skills• Proven ability to deliver structured, engaging, and practical training sessions.• Excellent English and Hindi communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Industry Experience• Experience training personnel from the construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
