Develop and implement the project Quality Management Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Oversee quality-control activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure. Coordinate third-party inspection activities and QatarEnergy quality audits/surveillance. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the QA/QC team in preparation of final documentation and handover quality dossiers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent) Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas experience Experience in site quality inspection and documentation Experience in EPIC projects preferred
