Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Lead and train the pizza team to ensure consistency and quality Prepare, shape, and cook high-quality pizzas using proper techniques Oversee dough preparation, fermentation, and ingredient management Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards Manage stock levels, ordering, and portion controls Assist with menu updates and new pizza recipe development
Requirements Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solid leadership and communication skills
