• Develop, enhance and maintain the features and functionality in web and mobile applications

• Ensure Cross platform performance of the application

• Integrate the application with third party APIs or solutions based on Business requirements

• Work with APIs to build secure, scalable and well documented endpoints

• Monitor, debug and optimize application performance using modern tools and solutions

• Quickly understand existing codebase and contribute for enhancements and improvements

• Integrate and maintain an AI powered chatbots

• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high quality releases using version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

• Implement security and compliance measures across the solutions

• Collaborate with QA teams to support testing, debugging and deployment

• Create and maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance

• Work with Business Analyst /Project Manager/Functional Consultant to gather and translate the requirement into scalable technical solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend / mobile application development

• Experience with Flutter development for iOS and Android is mandatory

• Strong experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, and SOA/Microservices architecture.

• Must Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Familiarity with AI chatbot frameworks, chatbot telemetry, analytics, and conversation tracking

• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, test-driven development, and automated deployment pipelines.

• Proficient in Git, RESTful APIs, and modern development/debugging tools

• Experience in delivering digital services on an enterprise scale

• Passion for delivering polished, user-friendly applications

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
